This newly perfected process gives you a fiberglass product with a two-way stretch. Here is a lagging that conforms better than shrunk-in-place cotton products. It erases minor irregularities. It turns corners with perfect ease and perfect appearance. It eliminates starting and stopping to tear tailored swatches for fittings. It eliminates cutting and tearing of strips for cigarette lapping on straight runs. It almost completely eliminates material waste. Form-I-Glas™ meets U.S. Navy specifications and costs less than other known inorganic laggings.

Lagging being half or more of the total cost of applied pipe insulation makes Form-I-Glas™ tape’s ease of application a tremendous factor in reducing by thousands of countable man hours on Marine and Industrial construction. It is so easy to apply that no special training is required for the employee doing the work.
