Suflex Vinylglas sleeving consists of a heat-treated fiberglass braid coated with a firmly bonded plasticized polyvinylchloride film. The vinyl compound is formulated for continuous operation at Class B-130°C temperatures.
Suflex Vinylglas sleeving is extremely flexible and has excellent abrasion and cut-through resistance. It easily withstands normal varnish baking cycles.
Suflex Vinylglas sleeving is used as supplementary insulation on transformer, motor, generator and resistor leads. Other applications include television, radio and other electronic circuits where it can be pushed back to permit soldering.
