433-75-VTC Thixotropic Polyester Varnish (V.P.I. Applications)

Description

A precatalyzed unsaturated polyester resin in vinyl toluene. It was formulated expressly for vacuum pressure impregnation applications, but is also suitable for dip and bake operations. It has excellent tank stability, and cures to a clear high bond strength film.

1000-70B High Solids Water Bourne Insulating Varnish

Description

An excellent all purpose water bourne varnish that has been formulated to achieve the important qualities of economic efficiency, ease of use and maintenance, and non-polluting and safety compliance. It meets most state, local and federal clean air standards.

Sterling THERMOPOXY Compound U-300-20

Description

A rigid,filled, single component, highly thixotropic, heat curable, epoxy resin system. It is a solventless, 100% reactive compound, designed primarily as a wet-winding resin for rotating or stationary field coils which require a high degree of turn to turn bond strength.

Application/Use

Wet-winding resin/brushing compound for field coils. Thixotropic patching and sealing compound.

P.D. George/Sterling Y-363 LIFTING MAGNET COMPOUND

Description

  • A dark coloured, flexible, unfilled, room temperature curing, two-component oil base compound supplied as:
  • Y-363 PART A - Compound
  • y-363 PART B - Catalyst
Application/Use

Y-363 is specially designed for filling of lifting magnet cases. It may also be used for general filling and insulation work; such as potting of small transformer coils and other equipment requiring moisture and shock protection.
