Electrowind offers varnish evaluation and maintenance services that ensure a long stable life for your varnish. Working with our suppliers, we will ensure regular sampling and maintenance of your varnish tanks at no extra cost.
Electrowind stocks a broad range of varnish, resins and conformal coatings from names you trust including Elantas PDG Inc., Ranbar, Von Roll, Dolph, Glyptal and Dow Corning. Our products are manufactured to the highest standards and are designed for electrical, automotive, aerospace, marine and electronics applications.
We are a stocking distributor of styrene, urethane, silicone, phenolic, acrylic, polyester, polybutadiene and epoxy formulations for conformal coatings, potting and encapsulation by dripping, brushing, trickle, pour-on and vacuum pressure impregnation. Available in air-dry, solventless, solventbourne, waterbourne or catlytic initiation for ambient or thermal curing of electrical windings or electrical components. We also carry top coat (non-insulating) and electrical insulating sprays and paints.
